Ears!

While poking around on Instructables today (which is an AWESOME website) I found a how to that I can't wait to use- how to apply latex ears QUICKLY!!!

Since putting on my ears took more time than the rest of my costume put together last year, and they STILL looked fake, this idea makes me happy.

Huzzah!
Wonderful! Thanks for the link!
Anyone have other ear related links to share? Like where to buy?
Great link!
Thanks for posting it, Brownie! :)
I've heard great things about these folks: http://www.aradanicostumes.com/index.php Their prices are reasonable, and they have everything you need. I might order some in the next month in order to get a feel for putting the ears on, and see how it goes.
Great Link
Thanks for the link. It was very interesting and informative. I bought my ear tips in Hamilton at a costume store. Many of them have them available and not too expensive. I don't remember the price, as it was at least two years ago now. As the years take their toll, my memory fades.
Out of curiosity, you didn't
Out of curiosity, you didn't happen to get them from the costume shop on Ottawa Street, did you? That's where I got mine. With the spirit gum to attach them, I spent about $15.
Unfortunately, it seems like I'm going to need to get a new set- I've lost one of my ears, and only one pointy ear doesn't really cut it. I don't think that's what they meant in dungeons and dragons when they talk about "half-elves."
Didn't...
Alas little Brownie, I didn't get this set from Ottawa Street. I got them from a shoppe on King Street. Aswell I need new gum for attaching. So once again I will venture to the cobblestones of Hamilton in search of my purchase. It may well be that I go this time to Ottawa Street. Too bad you can't just buy one ear at a time. If you have three ears are you then turned into a hobgoblin?
Little Brownie....
Did you find a new set of ears? If so where? Please let me know. Thanks
Icy
Ears!
You can get ears at a shop on King Street called Master of Disguise. :) They have MANY different styles.
