'Ello From Me and All of Us
Hello folkies,
I'm you're friendly neighbourhood Faery Fest Facilitator. At the centre of the hub of relationships we call Faery Fest, it's my job to help everyone else's job run more smoothly by creating opportunities and processes that connect everyone to each other. Communication ideally comes to me from every coordinator, and then I can give you the bigger picture when you have questions.
I have other hats too. I'm a producer of the Faery Show, the Entertainment Coordinator, the Activities Coordinator, Community Groups Liason, and Chair of our Board of Directors. I really just made up those titles (everything in Faery Land is spontaneously created) , but they describe other functions that I perform.
Faery Fest has a Board of Directors!!? Ohhhhh yes we do. We meet only a few times a year, and sometimes for emergencies and we have had very little in the way of emergencies. The board of directors is made up of 7 folks:
-A Chair (not a stool)
-A Secretary-Treasurer
-A Site Manager
-A Vendor Coordinator
-A Volunteer Coordinator
-An Advertising Coordinator
-An extra Coordinator without a Board Hat to make us a happy odd number. Our current extra is actually our Masquerade/Faery Grove Decorations Coordinator.

Another group within Faery Fest is our Group of Coordinators and Assistants. Aside from our board members (who all are coordinators), we have a number of others who make up this group. The Coordinators and Assistants meet more regularly. They are the movers and Shakers and Doers of Faery Fest. They get you up and dancing around. They help volunteers build Faery Fest! Aside from the above mentioned folks, here are the rest:
-Faery Show Producers: these folks include our Costume Mistress, Stage Manager, and Director.
-Faery Tea Coordinator
-Food and Drink Coordinator (if he ever accepts this title). Otherwise, we'll just call him our Vendor Coordinator's assistant as she perfers.
-Website Coordinator
-and Assistants of our Site Manager, Advertising Coordinator, and Decorations Coordinator.
All of these Assistants, Coordinators and Board Memebers are your go-to people for most of Faery Fest. You will probably get to know each of them as they introduce themselves here in this forum.
