Horns!
I just figured out a way to make LIGHTWEIGHT, durable and realistic looking horns for Faeries, Pixies, Satyrs, Nymphs, and any other creature. :)
Here are links to pictures:

If Faery Fest cast need them, I'm willing to make them at a discounted price. I would normally charge $60 for a pair this size, and $40 for smaller ones (as it is a time consuming process). I'd be willing to charge $25 for each pair. :) That will cover the cost of materials.
Just send me an email at aelwyndaeira@yahoo.ca . :)

Lovely!
Very Nice Aelwyn!
Is it possible to make them in different colours?
I know that Bramble the Faun from last year made his own horns, but it was quite an endeavour!
I can certainly make them in
I can certainly make them in different colours! They are quite versatile! :)
great horns
I am very much interested in your horns.
Could the band of flowers be moved so that the top of the head is free say for a hat or could they attached directly to the head without the flowers?
Depending on the size, I can
Depending on the size, I can try to work with the hat to make the horns fit beneath them. I have some clear elastic that I could try mounting the horns on (I use it for smaller horns, but it wouldn't hurt to try the larger ones). If that doesn't work, I could mount them to the usual headband, but leave the top without foliage so you could wear a hat.
I see in your photo that the horns are at the back of your head...did you want them more to the side? Will you be wearing the ears as well?
I just finished watching the
I just finished watching the Narnia: Prince Of Caspian movie. So many great Fawns.
Aside from my ears I'd would like to avoid sticking things to my head this year if possible so attaching them to my hat would be great.I am hoping to get the actual Fawn ears that go out straight from my head.
If the horns were more in the forehead area that would reduce any problems of getting caught on ears.
Do you need the Hat?
If so how do i get it to you... Mail?
Attaching them to your hat
Attaching them to your hat would work fabulously! :) And yes, I would need the hat. :) You can mail it to me, if you like.
Send me an email at aelwyndaeira [at] yahoo {dotsky} ca and we can figure things out. :)
Fun!!!
Those ideas sound like such fun and very creative.... happily i am a raven so i am not in need of horns or ears etc.. but they are very lovely...
btw... fawn... is it not spelt faun ? as you are direct descendants of the infamous Puck *wink
