new artist needs advice

Hello fellow artists!
I am ordering all kinds of prints, cards n such for the show. How many people come through the show and how much of any one thing should I expect to sell? Like $5 items like bookmarks to $15 and $50 items. I'm afraid I might be planning on too little. It's safer to have too much, I'm sure. Any advice will be useful. This is my first show as an artist...

Set up times?

They will send you a package with times to set up, I think it'll be Saturday morning, as well I've left my tent over night and it was perfectly fine and I believe that there was security.
