Mermaids dance by using a transformation spell to give them legs. They are of course a little shy about their legs, and not nearly as graceful on land as they are in water, but they do enjoy dancing very much. Ocean wears a long blue skirt for dancing, and sometimes the flash of a silver fish can be seen as she spins in time to the music!
Vegoia is impressed at the ingenuity displayed by the mermaids. It sems to her though, that having legs...Ocean's feet still never quite touch the ground. That would certainly keep the mud off the hem.
Mud? We can't have mud or dirt on the ground if there's to be a dance! Luckily, the Brownie is here to sweep the meadow and keep everything neat and tidy!
Vegoia says...I want to try Hansel and Gretel for vandalism. Those juvenile delinquents just started to eat some poor woman's house without permission.
I am new to Guelph and happy to find other faery people living in the area. I find this a wonderful time to join this website as we are between the Equinox and Easter: A time of new beginnings and possibly new friendships!
